Service Description

The initial visit ($250) entails a detailed consultation to review medical history, lab work or have labs done, full body measurements and a complimentary B12 shot. Maintenance Our weight loss program is medically supervised and our 1:1 approach will help you achieve and maintain a healthy weight. Our program involves weekly visits for injections and measurements. Injections will be done in clinic to ensure accountability and compliance. Routine lab work is required throughout the program and you are responsible for the cost.

Cancellation Policy

Booking will now require a credit card to be placed on file. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Failure to cancel or reschedule an appointment within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a $50 cancellation fee. Life happens and last minute events can occur. If you have to cancel right before your appointment, we ask that you call us to reschedule to avoid the cancellation fee. If you're going to be late, please be courteous to our staff and call to let us know.
